The madrasa has its own building located at Natullabad, Shah Paran Road, Ward No. 29, BCC, Barishal.

Established in 1998, this madrasa is South Bengal’s first and most prestigious institution dedicated to providing Islamic education for women.

The founder and chief patron of this madrasa was Sheikh Allama Syed Mohammad Fazlul Karim (Pir Saheb of Charmonai) [Rahmatullah Alaihi], and its founder and senior mentor was Sheikh Allama Syed Mohammad Ishaq (Pir Saheb of Charmonai) [Rahmatullah Alaihi], who was also the worthy son-in-law and khalifa of Sheikh Allama Yusuf Ali Khan Saheb [Rahmatullah Alaihi], former vice-principal of Charmonai Madrasa.

Current Chief Patron: Amirul Mujahideen Alhaj Maulana Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim (Pir Saheb Huzur of Charmonai) Hafizahullah.

Current Patron & Chief Advisor: Shaikhul Hadith Allama Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim (Shaikh of Charmonai) Hafizahullah.
