Foundation
This institution was established in 1998 AD, corresponding to 1419 Hizri under the patronization of real spirited islamic scholars according to the syllabus of world famous darul Ulom Dewbond and Bangladesh Qawmi Madrasah Education Board.

The Special Characteristics
1. In one year the Quran is taught with correct method (tajbid) and three hundred rules, 40 Hadiths and preparing ideal mother is girls madrasah. related duas are arranged to begot by heart.
2. For the aged women these is the Nurunee Kerat and teacher training course of 3 (three) months terms.
3. In Every year from 1st to 25th Ramadan there is the simple Quran learning Nuraneecourse for the aged women arabicgrammer, Urdu and Arabic language is conducted.
4. There is a international standard Hifz divisionfor arranging get the 30 para Quran by heart In 4 years.
5. There is an arrangement of Dawrayee Hadith(Master degree) course in 12 years for the students starting from nursery.
6. There is a scope of 8 years Dawrayce Hadith course for the student who passed class five.
7. Cleanliness of the campus and safety of the student hostel through the
security guards.
8. Preparation and distributed of food throughplous cooks.
9. Special Hizab within the madrasah campas is strictly observed.
10. Proper health care service is provided to the residential stud ent and in case of illnessmotherly nursing is renderod.
11. Academic Syllabus according to Darul Ulum Deoband. Madina University, Darul Ehsan University and Bangladeshi Qawmi Madrasah Education Board curriculum Is maintained.
12. All the students are taught by the qualified Muhaddith and teachers. 13. Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and final examinations are arranged regularly.
14. Class wise written and viva examinations are held on every Saturday and on this aspect the classes remain closed on Friday.
15. Proper importance is given on correct writing and speaking of Bengali, English and Arabic languages with more importanceof good hand writing.
16. Cultural activities like recitation, debate deliveration, hand writing competition are held along with the training on Islamic way of life. We hope of your good health and blessings. We would like to inform you that The Fazilatunnessa girl’s madrasah is a famous madrasah in the district of Barisal city in Bangla-desh. There are three sections which are Kerat. Hifzul Quran and Kitab. During the last 26 years, maximum 500. students have successfully gratuated from the Kerat section, 300 students from Hifzul Quran and 400 students from Kitab (Dawraee Hadith equivalent to Master). During last 26 years, Currently this madrasah has 30 teachers, 10 employees and 1000 students. 800 in Boarding (Residential) 300 (Non Residential) Most of the students are poor and orphanage, During a year it would cost us an amount of USS 1,50,000 for boarding and lodg-ing of the students, and we have managed to sustain largely from thecollection of zakat, fitra and lillah. As for the total cost which includes the teachers salary and other expenses, it would run on an amount of US$ 2,50,000
